Pau Martí Vicente, Technical Director

Pau has a BA and MA in physical education and high performance sport and has been coaching at FC Barcelona since 2002. Since 2008, Pau has been the technical director of the FCB Soccer School, where he oversees all specialized training programs, as well as the summer FCB camp. He is a Level 2 soccer coach and holds the UEFA B Coaching Badge, the premier license awarded by UEFA, entitling him to coach any team in Europe, from grassroots to international level. He has coordinated FCB soccer academies in Barcelona, as well as in Asia and the Americas. In addition, Pau is an experienced coaching teacher, leading courses in Level 1 and Level 2 training at the FC Barcelona Academy.

Pau Marti Vicente

Telmo Nunes, Program Director

Telmo has been coaching club soccer in New Jersey for the last 18 years. He graduated from national powerhouse St. Benedict’s Prep and was a member of the N.J. State Select Team and Region 1 ODP. Coach Nunes is currently the Head Women’s soccer coach at West Orange High School. He holds an Advanced National Coaching certification from the NSCAA and has varied experience playing and coaching in the US and overseas.

Chris Condron, Program Director

Chris has played and coached soccer at the high school, college and professional level for over 15 years. Coaching at Clarkson and Rutgers University led him to his current role as a trainer for the New York Red Bulls of the MLS. He has led soccer training programs in the US and overseas and developed his own Total Football Training program. Chris holds coaching certification from the NSCAA and is a USSF licensed coach and referee.

Erik Studnicky

Erik is currently Assistant Coach at Drew University in Madison, New Jersey, as well Co-Director of Coaching for Chatham Soccer Club. In addition to coaching at the college level, Erik serves as a broadcaster for United Soccer League matches and as a scout for top colleges and the United States Soccer Federation. Erik holds both USSF and NSCAA certifications.
